Is it really free to list?
Yes. The Free plan lets you create and manage unlimited projects, payment plans and unit inventory and see view stats. You only pay if you want featured placement or broker push notifications.
How do I get a developer account?
Use the form below. We verify your company, create your developer profile and send you login details. From there you can publish projects and choose a plan in Billing.
What does Featured actually do?
Featured projects appear on the OPPS app home screen and are boosted in project search results. You can switch featured on and off per project, so you can spotlight your current launch.
How do push notifications work?
On the Broadcast plan you compose a notification (title, message, optional image) in your dashboard. The OPPS team reviews it, then it's sent to every broker on the app. You can send up to 2 per week.
Who receives the pushes?
Every broker using the OPPS mobile app with notifications enabled — brokers who work specifically in UAE off-plan. Brokers can also follow your developer profile to get all your updates.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Anytime. Plans are billed monthly through Stripe and you can switch or cancel from the customer portal inside your developer dashboard.
